A: To ensure fair scheduling and availability for all clients, we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment. Sessions missed or canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be billed.

Your dedicated session time is reserved specifically for you. To avoid being billed for a missed session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This courtesy allows us to offer the time to another student who may be waiting for support.
